SHIPPING POLICY

We currently sell online only and do not have a showroom for pickup. We are located in West Palm Beach, FL.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

  • Standard shipping should arrive within 7-14 business.
  • Express shipping should arrive within 2-6 business days.      

The only guaranteed shipping time is through express shipping. Every effort will be made to process and ship your orders as soon as possible.

Expedited shipping is prohibited for “Restock” and/or “Pre-Order” items. Pre-order items will ship on or before the date listed. The Pre-Order date may change due to high volume. If you have additional items listed on a Pre-Order we will not ship them separately, the entire order will ship together.

Please note, that on occasion, it may take slightly longer for your package to arrive. This is typically due to routing errors or congestion during the holiday season. Church Girl Fashion is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

We ship anywhere in the U.S (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). We also ship to P.O Boxes and military addresses (APO).

We provide a tracking number so you can check your package along the way! We will email you the tracking number on the same day your package ships. 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Once an order is placed it takes 2-3 business days to ship out of our warehouse. At checkout you may choose between standard shipping or expedited shipping. See our “shipping policy” for details regarding shipping.

Items NOT AVAILABLE for Expedited Shipping:

  • Pre-orders: All pre-orders will have a later ship date in the item description of the e-commerce site. If the customer is purchasing in-stock items with a pre-ordered item, the order will not ship out until the entire order is ready to ship.
  • Restock Items: Orders may not be eligible for expedited shipping if the product is a restock and still in transit to the warehouse.
  • Partial Payments: Orders with partial payment will be held until full payment has been received.

RETURNED PACKAGES

Orders are sent to the address provided exactly as it is entered. Please make sure the correct shipping and billing address is placed on the appropriate sections.

Packages returned to us due to failure in providing a correct and complete address will be resent after a new address is provided and shipping has been paid. Failure to do so withing 5 business days will result in your order being cancelled, and a store credit being issued minus a 20% restocking fee. 

All purchases made with store credit as a result of a package being returned are final sale.

Please take our policy into consideration when ordering around the same time as personal or business travel plans or when using a P.O. Box, military address (APO), or delivery service.

To better assist you, please do not send attachments unless requested. Messages that contain attachments are often sent to our spam folder by our email provider.

If your question is related to an order you’ve already placed, please include your order number in your message.
